Open Access feature can be configured under the Options tab in a channel.
Open Access allows you to share content with anyone without them needing to sign up for a TitanFile account. When you upload content to an Open Access Channel, your contacts will receive an email from TitanFile with a link to the Channel that looks like this:
If they click on the link they will be taken to the Channel page.
Here they can see the conversation and download the files you have provided for them without logging into an account, but they cannot reply. To reply they must log in to a free account.

Tip: The Open Access feature is not the most secure way to send files, since it does not ask your contacts for any authentication. To ensure that your content is always secure, you can add a Channel Password.
