TitanFile's Secure Submit feature is a secure and easy way for clients and other external contacts to send you files without having to set up a TitanFile account.
They simply just follow a link, upload their file(s), add a message, and send!
Note** You must contact us to have Secure Submit activated for your account. Once set up, this guide will show you how to use this feature.
How does it work?
Your clients or other external contacts would first need to arrive at your Secure Submit page. This is a special link that TitanFile will provide you.
Your Secure Submit page will look like the screenshot below.
Once at this page, the sender will need to type in a name and email address, add a message, attach a file, and click Send Files. A new channel will show up on your TitanFile account and you'll be able to access the files and messages.
