When you share files through email, you usually include a message to go with it — perhaps containing a description of the files or instructions. For this reason, we created “Channels” to allow you to share files securely and collaborate with your recipients without having to follow up on a separate platform. 


  1. Create a Channel at any point by clicking ‘New Channel’ from the top bar  


 

  1. Set a name for the channel, then click ‘Save’ 

 

You can create an unlimited number of channels to organize your files by client, project, or subject matter.  


Additionally, you can add as few or as many contacts as you want to each channel.  


All contacts within a channel can share files and messages to collaborate with the rest of the group. 


Other Channel features:  


File List – See a list of all files shared within a channel. You can sort files into folders or even upload entire folder structures directly from your computer or mobile device.                                             

Audit Logs – Track user activity around a channel to see information regarding when you’ve uploaded files, shared messages, added contacts and when your contacts have accessed your files. 

Now you are ready to communicate and share files amongst your employees and clients in real time professionally and securely.
